Doug Folkins

Doug is an LGME! writer and a singer/songwriter and storyteller with a Celtic/Country twist. He has the new singles in Canada by Matt Williams, “Spinning Around,” and “California Sunrise” on Candace Ryan.

Gary Baker / Noiseblock Music Group

In the late 1970s, Baker was a musician with the LeBlanc and Carr Band. Baker was also a singer musician with the country pop band, The Shooters. He has written songs for John Michael Montgomery, Alabama and others. Baker has been writing with his song writing partner, Frank J. Myers since 1988, both having played in Marie Osmond’s band. Baker and Myers’ most successful song as songwriters is “I Swear”, recorded by both All 4-One and John Michael Montgomery. The song sold more than 20 million copies internationally, and won the 1995 Grammy for “Best Country Song”. In 1995, he and Myers recorded one album on Curb Records as the duo Baker & Myers.

He also wrote the smash hit “I’m Already There” for Lonestar. It spent six weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. The song was the band’s seventh Number One.

Ralph Murphy, songwriter, has been successful for five decades. Consistently charting songs in an ever-changing musical environment makes him a member of that very small group of professionals who make a living doing what they love to do.

Ward Davis

Ward Davis is an American Singer/Songwriter from Southeast Arkansas. Since moving to Nashville in 2000, Ward has written songs recorded by Trace Adkins, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Wade Hayes, Sammy Kershaw and many others. While writing has always been a passion for Ward, his first true love is singing and playing.

Jack Williams

Jack is an LGME! writer with new recordings on Montgomery Gentry and Kevin Costner. He signed to his first publishing deal in 1972 by Roger Daltry of THE WHO. He has had recordings by Uriah Heep, Gregg Allman, and many others.

Tommy Karlas

Tommy is an LGME! writer. He wrote Montgomery Gentry’s #1 hit “Roll with Me” and has recordings by Blake Shelton, Randy Travis, and Chasin’ Crazy. “I’m Gonna Love You” is on the new LP by The Lovelocks on MDM Recordings in Canada. The Lovelocks won the 2014 CCMA Discovery Award.
